As a loss and transformational grief specialist, my mission is to make a difference in the world about how grief is perceived, understood, experienced, supported, and healed. 

Unhealed grief is a lock on the door of your heart. I have dedicated my life to teaching others how to transform their challenges into triumphs and their grief into personal growth through my own methodology,  “7 Powerful Practices to Manage Your Mind and Heal Your Heart.”™  

I help adults experiencing loss to heal the grief that follows, so they can transform loss into love and grief into growth, and the loss is then honored by the transformation it has inspired. 

My personal journey of multiple losses and triumphs combined with my professional expertise as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) and Certified Life Coach, provides a unique, effective, and transformative approach through which I help others navigate all types of loss and grief, especially pet loss.
